Arch. Project Manager

About the Role

The Arch. Project Manager at Dawn Digital Pvt. Ltd will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Set project timeline.
• Monitor project deliverables.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks.
• Maintain senior-level client contacts on a daily basis.
• Proactively provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value through communication.
• Receive project briefings and analyze client input, background knowledge, Architectural Drawings, and architectural field feedback to produce a creative brief for the Production team.
• Cooperate with Production Team inquiries and Client inquiries, and internally control the Team to provide competent 3D walkthroughs and AV films.
• Provide creative and production with well-documented input, support data, and production materials as required.
• Ensure Creative strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the Architectural groups.
• Stay informed on activities performed on their accounts and provide the final sign-off on ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client, including: budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and authorize quotations for client approval and assist in the preparation of client invoices.
• Ensure prompt collection of account receivables and ensure they do not exceed given limits.
• Write Client Contact Reports.
• Review important developments with relevant account executives and director of client services.
• Prepare month-end overviews of client's current activities, monthly revenue forecasts, and plans for future development of accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is a must.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
