We are a fast-growing chain of hearing care clinics, aiming to establish a world-class experience for patients with hearing loss, utilizing top-class diagnostic equipment and expert audiologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services by assessing and treating hearing, balance, and communication disorders in neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Identify, test, diagnose, and manage disorders related to hearing, balance, and tinnitus.
- Counsel patients on managing their hearing difficulties and suggest appropriate treatment/management strategies.
- Fit patients with hearing aids and instruct them on device operation, abilities, and uses.
- Conduct home visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of treatment and patient progress.
- Monitor patient progress and resolve difficulties with hearing aid device management and programming.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in diagnostic tests for hearing loss patients, including PTA and Impedance.
- Understanding of hearing aid programming and dispensing.
- Preferred: Relevant experience with Signia hearing aids.
Qualifications
- BASLP / MASLP
- Excellent communication skills, preferably in English & Hindi.
- High business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial intent to grow with the organization.
