About the Role

The Content Creator Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The intern will support the marketing and growth teams by creating digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating digital content such as social media posts, blog articles, short videos, and basic graphics that highlight Nextep Solution’s ecosystem and offerings.
• Researching relevant business and entrepreneurship topics.
• Drafting engaging copy.
• Repurposing content across platforms.
• Assisting in maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborating with team members to brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Scheduling content.
• Tracking basic engagement metrics.
• Light administrative tasks related to content organization, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, blogs, and basic marketing materials.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media management, and content planning for online platforms.
• Basic familiarity with visual content creation (e.g., simple graphics, short-form video editing) using common tools.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to understand and summarize business and entrepreneurship topics.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
• Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for startups, business growth, and networking ecosystems is an advantage.
