About the Role
This is an internship opportunity at Blissful Origins Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Write punchy, authentic short-form scripts on everyday parenting struggles.
- Shoot high-resolution vertical (9:16) video with good framing, lighting, and audio.
- Edit engaging vertical Reels and Shorts with clean cuts, captions, sound design, and scroll-stopping text hooks.
- Write and deliver warm, natural, conversational Hinglish through voiceover, captions, scripts, and on camera where comfortable.
- Create AI-assisted b-roll, visuals, voiceovers, and dubbing, and judge when real footage is the better choice.
- Produce multiple hook variations for each video and test them.
- Track views and retention, and use the data to improve the next video.
- Own each video end to end from idea to publish-ready cut.
- Check every video for accuracy before it goes live.
Roles
- Scriptwriter — short-form parenting scripts in Hinglish.
- Videographer — vertical 9:16 shooting with framing, lighting, and audio.
- On-camera presenter/voice talent — appearing in and voicing content.
- Video editor — Reels and Shorts, captions, sound design, hooks.
- AI content producer — AI b-roll, visuals, voiceovers, and dubbing.
- Performance analyst — hook testing, retention tracking, iteration.
- Pipeline owner — idea to publish-ready cut, including accuracy checks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent conversational Hinglish, with an ear for how Indian parents actually talk.
- Proficient in at least one editor — Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or VN.
- Solid basics in lighting, framing, and audio.
- Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and trending audio formats on Reels and Shorts.
- Empathy for parents and family life; experience creating parenting or lifestyle content is a plus.
- After Effects is a bonus.
- Mandatory: a portfolio showcasing editing skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, hybrid, Dilshad Garden Delhi NCR.
- Own laptop, camera, and phone.
