About the Role
We are hiring Recruitment Executives to work on live client requirements across IT, Non-IT, Engineering and other industries. This is a target-oriented recruitment role involving extensive candidate sourcing, calling, screening, interview coordination and joining follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client JDs and required candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, Foundit, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases and other channels.
- Conduct candidate calls and preliminary screening.
- Verify skills, experience, stability, location, current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
- Understand candidate motivation and genuine interest before submitting profiles.
- Share relevant and properly screened profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
- Support salary negotiation and offer discussions.
- Follow candidates from offer stage until successful joining.
- Reduce interview, offer and joining dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and regular updates.
- Work towards monthly successful joining and joining-CTC targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Company Location: Tilak nagar metro, Delhi (Work From Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday weekly off)
- Shift Timing: 10 am to 6.30 pm
- CTC: Upto 1.8 LPA - 3 LPA (Depends on interview)
