Associate, MIS Reporting

About the Role

Ensure delivery of operational KPIs/Insights with excellent quality and within defined timeframe to enable the business to take efficient decisions on operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
• Communicate proactively with colleagues, lead, and manager.
• Support operational processes and ensure timely delivery of all work.
• Adhere to quality standards.
• Adhere to the weekly work schedule, actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Adhere to performance development plans and agreed growth/training plans.
• Support in system functionality validation and developing diagnostics for system usage.
• Support the process by highlighting quality issues in the data for system setup, track functionality issues, and adhere to the escalation matrix.
• Adhere to set processes to deliver:
• Gathering of the right set of data to setup the system.
• Provisioning the right level of access.
• Asset classification of fixture & fitting & tracking of its movement.
• Ensuring the right Assets are on our system delivering compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic Analytical Ability.
• Problem-solving, Analysis, and Judgment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E., MCA, BCA, BSc Computers graduate preferred.
