Inside Sales Associate - B2C (Freshers)
About the Role
Crio.Do is a technology learning platform focused on providing real-world skills through work-like experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and messages to understand their goals.
- Explain Crio.Do’s programs and offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Follow up diligently with potential customers.
- Guide potential customers through the decision-making and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide clear, empathetic responses to inquiries.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent Crio.Do’s values in every interaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to perform core inside sales activities: explaining offerings, handling objections, and closing B2C deals.
- Skills in customer satisfaction and customer service.
- Experience or aptitude in lead generation, including qualifying prospects and nurturing leads.
- Basic account management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.
