Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, both in-center and on the lot.
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rental and inventory management.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and educate them on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in U-Haul University education.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts, potentially requiring protective clothing or gear.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including remaining stationary for long periods, moving indoors and outdoors, reaching objects at various heights, and moving equipment up to 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
