About the Role

red blisss is seeking a Mutual Fund Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate mutual funds across asset classes.
• Analyze fund performance and compare products against benchmarks and peers.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends affecting fund recommendations.
• Support portfolio construction and review processes.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals.
• Communicate findings in a clear, data-backed manner.
• Maintain organized datasets.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal research methodologies and tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Familiarity with financial databases or market research platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risk-return profiles, and draw actionable insights.
• Solid knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments, including fund structures, asset classes, and portfolio strategies.
• Foundation in Finance, such as understanding valuation concepts, performance metrics, and basic accounting principles.
• Effective Communication skills to present analysis, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, NISM) are an advantage.
