Our platform assists users in practicing AI mock interviews, group discussions, public speaking, and other communication scenarios, offering features for feedback and improvement. Our vision is to make high-quality communication coaching accessible, practical, and affordable, particularly for individuals preparing for interviews, campus placements, and career opportunities.

VoiceCoach AI is an early-stage, pre-revenue startup with an initial user base and significant growth potential.

About the Role

This is a co-founder opportunity focused on building the future of AI-powered communication and interview preparation. We are seeking a partner who brings a different perspective, challenges assumptions, thinks creatively, and is genuinely committed to building something meaningful. The ideal candidate enjoys solving difficult problems, experimenting with ideas, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Location: Open to discussing; remote collaboration may be possible.

Compensation: Founder equity to be discussed based on role, commitment, and contribution. Salary is not guaranteed at this stage.

Potential Areas of Ownership

Depending on your strengths and experience, you could take ownership of areas such as:

• Business strategy: Defining long-term vision, positioning, and business model.
• Growth and marketing: Developing user acquisition strategies, improving activation, and building a strong brand.
• Product and technology: Improving the product, prioritizing features, and identifying opportunities to enhance AI coaching value.
• Partnerships: Exploring collaborations with colleges, placement cells, educators, companies, and relevant communities.
• Business development: Identifying revenue opportunities, customer segments, and potential distribution channels.
• Strategic thinking: Challenging existing ideas, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to important business decisions.

You do not need to be an expert in every area. Meaningful strengths, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are key.

Current Stage and Compensation

VoiceCoach AI is currently pre-revenue. This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity, not a salaried position, and there is no guaranteed immediate salary. An appropriate founder-equity arrangement will be discussed based on responsibilities, time commitment, contributions, risks, and long-term involvement. As the business grows and generates revenue or secures funding, founder compensation, including potential salaries, can be discussed in line with the company's financial position.
