Business Development Executive

About the Role

Corizo is hiring motivated and ambitious freshers for our Business Operations team. This role involves interacting with people, building relationships, taking ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Campus Ambassadors.
• Coordinate workshops, webinars, competitions, bootcamps, and student initiatives.
• Support campus marketing and student engagement campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to drive quality leads and registrations.
• Track performance, prepare reports, and contribute towards business targets.

• Fresh graduates and final-year students from any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership mindset and ability to work with teams.
• Interest in Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, or Business Development.
• Self-motivated individuals who are willing to learn and take ownership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
• No prior experience required.
