About the Role

The Hoxton, Bengaluru City is opening its first neighborhood hotel in Asia in 2026 and is seeking a Bartender to join the team. This role is part of bringing a lifestyle brand to the market in India's "Silicon Valley," a city known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture. The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant & bar, a rooftop pool and bar, and meeting spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and systems.
• Prepare a range of beverages, from soft drinks to seasonal cocktails.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the F&B team as a whole, assisting beyond core bartending duties.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to exceed expectations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Previous bartending experience.
• Basic drinks knowledge.
