Facility Operations Executive

About the Role

HelixSense Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Facility Operations Executive to join their operations team, focusing on an asset management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client asset data.
• Determine facility and equipment specifications.
• Evaluate checklists and map them in the system.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager to implement projects on-site within specified timelines.
• Receive and respond to client calls and emails.
• Create, validate, and escalate tickets to internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm progress on raised tickets for issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and attend regular meetings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of facility operations and equipment.
• Experience in MS Office (specifically Excel and MS Word).
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Open to working in shifts.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
• Willingness to explore new technologies and unfamiliar concepts.
• Passion for learning about building hardware + software systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical.
• Experience in MS Office.

Working Conditions

• Working from the office located in Bangalore Whitefield.
• This position does not require travel outside of Bangalore.
• May require travel to client locations based on project needs from the office.
