Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms.
- Post and manage content on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Research and incorporate trending topics to maximize reach and engagement.
- Experiment with different formats, styles, and viral strategies.
- Track performance and optimize content for better engagement.
- Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Engage with our audience, respond to messages, build relationships, and maintain our online community.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in social media.
- Excellent communication skills (Must have).
- Strong camera presence and practical experience in facing the camera.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva.
- Understanding of trends, audience behavior, and content strategy.
- Comfortable featuring yourself in content.
