About the Role
This is a 3-month contract position for a Backend Operations Executive at TVS Credit Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Courier Inward Activities:
- Receive couriers from concern courier agencies.
- Validate courier AWB with the run sheet and condition of packages.
- Verify and segregate loan documents and individual covers.
- Enter courier details in the DMS System, including courier name, AWB No, from location, and description (Loan RTO Kit/ Individual Covers).
- Time Management: Complete inward activities within the TAT and error-free.
- Quality & Control:
- Avoid wrong AWB updates and document count discrepancies.
- Ensure couriers are received from branches/dealers.
- Process Adherence: Follow the SOP of Logistics and adhere to the specified steps.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with DMS System for data entry.
- Familiarity with AWB validation and courier handling.
- Understanding of SOP for logistics.
Qualifications
- Salary: Rs. 18000 per month.
