Job Overview

MAS WORLD is seeking a practical and creative individual to design small product components, robot parts, plastic enclosures, and other hardware accessories. This role involves creating 3D models using CAD software, preparing designs for 3D printing, and assisting with prototype assembly and testing. Basic mechanical design skills and hands-on knowledge of 3D modeling and printing are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create simple 3D models of product parts, robot components, and plastic enclosures.
• Use SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
• Prepare and modify designs according to requirements.
• Convert 3D models into STL files for 3D printing.
• Operate or assist with 3D printers and assemble printed components.
• Check the fitting and dimensions of parts and make necessary design changes.
• Assist in developing small hardware products, robot bodies, mounts, brackets, and covers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of any 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Understanding of 3D modeling and basic dimensions.
• Knowledge of STL files and 3D printing is preferred.
• Basic practical skills in fitting, assembling, and modifying components.
• Willingness to learn and work on new product designs.

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Freshers with practical CAD skills and 3D printing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• A strong portfolio or practical project experience is an advantage.
