About the Role

Sanskrithi Group of Institutions, located in Puttaparthi, is seeking faculty for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions across Management and Engineering disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering lectures.
• Guiding tutorials and laboratory sessions where applicable.
• Facilitating interactive classroom discussions.
• Designing and updating course materials.
• Evaluating student performance through assessments.
• Providing academic advising and mentoring.
• Contributing to research and scholarly activities.
• Participating in curriculum development.
• Engaging in institutional initiatives such as committees, accreditation processes, and outreach.
• Maintaining high standards of professional ethics.
• Supporting the institution’s values-driven educational mission.

Qualifications

• Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, M.Tech, M.E., or equivalent) in the respective discipline.
• Ph.D. preferred for Professor and Associate Professor levels.
• Demonstrated teaching competence at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
• Ability to use student-centered and technology-enhanced teaching methods.
• Active engagement or strong potential in research, publications, and academic contributions aligned with AICTE and university norms.
• Ability to design curricula, prepare lesson plans, and develop learning materials reflecting current industry and academic trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to support diverse learners.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, value-based education, and mentoring students in academic and personal development.
• Willingness to participate in institutional activities, accreditation processes, and collaboration with national and international academic or industry partners.
• Familiarity with regulatory and affiliation requirements (AICTE, JNTUA) and readiness to comply with associated academic standards.
