About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer for Bank Sales to join our team in Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on engaging with leads from assigned bank branches and developing new relationships to drive sales in the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to understanding customer financial needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and schedule meetings with leads generated from partner bank branches and warm leads provided by bank employees.
• Generate own leads and make appointments to explore customers' financial needs in life-related investments and insurance.
• Select appropriate products to meet customer needs and gain agreement to purchase.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Source and identify new relationships for the bank, ensuring a high degree of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage field investigations and develop appraisal notes while scrutinizing the legal dimensions of proposals.
• Identify and develop channel partners to achieve consistent and profitable business volumes.
