About the Role
- Process type: Outbound (Target based)
- Job focus: Telecollection, Credit card collection, Recovery
- Languages required: Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam with English
- Shift timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (General shift)
- Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week-off
Key Responsibilities
- Perform telecollection activities.
- Engage in credit card collection.
- Conduct recovery operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Core experience in Telecollection
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel
- Good negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: 12th / any graduate
- Candidates should be flexible.
- Candidates should have good communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to handle pressure.
Salary: CTC 16,500 - 25,000 (based on Lingual & experience) + incentives
