Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the Role

• Full-time position for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Post Graduate Mentorship Program.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers.
• Conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty and Clinical Rounds.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 and November 2026.
• Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to December 1, 2026.
• Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA.

Base salary for this role is $148,200 based on a full-time schedule.
