About the Role
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of digital products, campaigns, and internal processes at Rezonest Digital & Services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality standards
- Monitoring and testing deliverables
- Performing root cause analysis on issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Creating and maintaining documentation for quality procedures
- Performing audits and reviews
- Providing feedback to design, development, and campaign teams to maintain product and service consistency
- Contributing to process optimization
- Contributing to risk mitigation
- Contributing to compliance with internal and client-specific quality requirements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and optimize quality frameworks and processes.
- Skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to plan tests, validate deliverables, and ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Skills related to Product Quality to evaluate digital products, campaigns, and services for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Experience with data-driven problem-solving is beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital product development, marketing workflows, or IT/software environments is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
