About the Role
Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC (DDIA) offers a robust internship program for college students, referred to as "co-ops." This is an eight-month opportunity to gain practical experience with a global market-leading company. You will be considered a true employee.

Bismarck, ND - Acceleration Center
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support services for all end-user platforms, including desktop/laptop platforms, desktop image and standardization, security and mal-ware protection packages, desktop policies, and mobile computing/PDA standardization.
- Repairing PCs & peripheral equipment.
- Handle problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.
- May interact with network services, Datacenter services, or Application development to restore service or identify and correct the problem.
- Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution, eliminate downtime, and prevent cost overruns.
- Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
- Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Windows XP+ and Windows Server 2008+
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- PC hardware and software knowledge
Qualifications
- Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Ability to commit to Doosan Information and Communications America for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
- High level of motivation and independence
- Strong background with Windows based software troubleshooting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage workload
- Ability to complete assigned activities and meet milestones
- Ability to multi-task technical
- Working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their interworkings
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Experience Required: 0-2 years
