About the Role

Naufal M & Company is looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Associate to support our firm's business growth and client engagement initiatives. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, researching prospective clients, initiating professional conversations and building relationships with businesses that may benefit from our accounting, taxation and advisory services. We welcome fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and an interest in business development. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, companies and business opportunities.
• Conduct B2B outreach through professional calls, emails, LinkedIn and other approved communication channels.
• Connect with business owners, finance professionals and relevant decision-makers.
• Introduce the firm's services and identify potential client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and coordinate meetings with the relevant team members.
• Maintain accurate prospect databases, outreach records and follow-up trackers.
• Support lead generation, business development campaigns and client engagement activities.
• Work closely with the internal team to understand service offerings and develop relevant outreach approaches.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline. Graduates from other streams with relevant skills are also welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation or client engagement. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and interacting with professionals.
• Strong interpersonal, research and organisational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other workplace applications.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage follow-ups consistently.
