About the Role

As a Community Management Intern, you will own user communities, with a focus on managing and growing WhatsApp channels. This role involves curating financial updates, creating engaging content, running community initiatives, and experimenting with growth strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in community-led growth, user psychology, and FinTech marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple WhatsApp channels, aiming to increase subscriber growth and community retention.
• Source, format, and publish daily financial news, industry updates, and personal finance educational content suitable for chat-based consumption.
• Develop and execute engagement initiatives (e.g., polls, quizzes, Q&A sessions) to encourage active community participation.
• Monitor community conversations to gather user feedback, identify common pain points, and provide actionable insights to the Product and Marketing teams.
• Maintain a helpful, engaging, and professional brand voice across all interactions to ensure a safe and high-quality community environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Deep familiarity with WhatsApp platform tools (Channels, Groups, Communities) and chat-based user engagement dynamics.
• Basic understanding of or a strong interest in learning about personal finance, financial markets, and FinTech.
• Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm fresh content ideas, engagement hooks, and growth tactics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
