About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA Marketing fresher to join our marketing team. The candidate will assist in developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, promoting products or services, and supporting customer relationship management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify potential customers and generate business leads.
• Support sales teams in achieving business targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
• Participate in promotional activities, client meetings, and marketing events.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and other internal teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Internship or live project experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
