Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via voice, chat, or blended channels.
• Communicate effectively across various platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate assistance.
• Handle order processing, applications, and customer requests.
• Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide valuable input for improving customer service processes (for senior roles).
• Manage and guide junior team members (for senior roles).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12th pass and above.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
