About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid Self Employed role based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing day-to-day business activities such as coordinating with suppliers and clients, handling orders, overseeing basic documentation, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The individual will also help identify new opportunities, improve processes, and support brand presence through both online and offline channels. The role is suited to someone comfortable working independently, making decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations, including order handling, coordination with vendors and clients, and basic documentation.
• Tracking inventory.
• Monitoring shipments.
• Maintaining records.
• Assisting with pricing, product selection, and customer communication.
• Identifying new opportunities.
• Improving processes.
• Supporting brand presence through both online and offline channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with common office and online tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms).
• Familiarity with e-commerce or social media is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic business communication, both written and verbal, and professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn about fashion, textiles, and export processes, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing requirements in a hybrid work setting.
• Prior experience in small business, fashion, trading, or export-related work is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Relevant education or training in business, commerce, fashion, or a related field is preferred but flexible based on experience and skills.
