Content Creator & Social Media Growth Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator & Social Media Growth Intern role based in Noida. The intern will create engaging short-form content for social media channels, aligned with HelloBae’s brand voice and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm content ideas.
• Script and shoot videos.
• Edit visual assets.
• Assist with copywriting for captions and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance.
• Identify trends.
• Interact with the online community.
• Suggest growth tactics to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns around the app launch and ongoing user acquisition.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to create and adapt digital content (short videos, graphics, and written posts) for platforms such as Instagram, FB, and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and growth strategies, including trend analysis, audience engagement, and content optimization.
• Strong communication skills, with the capacity to write clear, relatable, and inclusive copy tailored to a young urban audience.
• Comfort with being on camera or directing on-camera content, and willingness to experiment with creative formats and storytelling styles.
• Organizational skills to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
• Interest in dating, social experiences, and consumer apps, with a proactive attitude toward learning and taking initiative.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and commit to a full-time schedule.
• Own a laptop and a good camera phone (iPhone or similar) or a camera.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, Design) preferred but not required.
