Key Responsibilities

• Support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content.
• Post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Assist with campaign execution.
• Monitor posts and respond to comments.
• Engage with the online community.
• Help track performance metrics.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.
• Suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and basic Marketing principles.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, basic image/video editing) is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
