Structural Detailer (Precast & Onsite Drawings)

About the Role

We are seeking fresh graduates in Civil or Structural Engineering to join our team as Structural Detailers. This role focuses on preparing detailed drawings for precast concrete elements and onsite structural works. A one-month training program will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings for precast elements (beams, columns, slabs, panels) and onsite construction works.
• Develop shop drawings, reinforcement details, lifting points, and connection details for precast components.
• Create structural layouts, reinforcement detailing, and construction drawings for cast-in-situ works.
• Ensure drawings comply with engineering specifications, codes, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve design and detailing issues.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (freshers encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar structural detailing software.
• Understanding of precast concrete systems and onsite construction practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.

• Training Period: One month of structured training on company standards, detailing methods, and project-specific requirements.
