About the Role
Meraki & Co. is a marketing and public relations agency. The Social Media Marketing & Content Creator Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts.
- Draft posts and schedule content.
- Monitor engagement across platforms.
- Create visual and written content.
- Support campaign planning.
- Help with basic analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to brainstorm ideas.
- Research trends and ensure brand consistency in all digital communication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in social media management.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools.
- Ability to create engaging written content.
- Basic copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar platforms for social media graphics.
- Interest in marketing and PR.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and brand communication.
- Good research skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- On-site availability in Mumbai.
