About the Role
Samarthang Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Pediatric Physiotherapist to join their team in Bengaluru South. This role involves providing specialized and patient-centered clinical services to infants, children, and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess infants, children, and adolescents with physical, developmental, or neurological conditions.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct physical and functional evaluations.
- Deliver therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Educate caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning, and mobility.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in case discussions, audits, and ongoing training.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, preferably with specialization or significant experience in pediatrics.
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment, therapeutic exercise, neurodevelopmental treatment, and functional mobility training.
- Ability to plan and implement individualized treatment programs, set measurable goals, and track patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and ability to build trust and rapport.
- Comfort with maintaining clear, accurate, and timely clinical records.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.
- Professional registration or licensing with relevant physiotherapy councils or authorities.
Prior experience in pediatric hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers in Bengaluru or similar urban settings is an advantage.
