Role Description

The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, and coordinating appointment schedules. This role ensures a smooth flow of visitors and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reception desk duties.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Guide guests through registration and screening procedures.
• Address guest concerns.
• Facilitate communication between visitors and clinical staff.
• Support basic sales activities, including explaining services and packages.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and organized approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening.
• Capabilities in Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations, scheduling, and handling inquiries.
• Sales skills to explain service offerings, packages, and promotions.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and appointment management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
