Junior Content Producer

About the Role

You are early in your career and know how to create short videos that people watch for Uare.ai. You will create these videos, showcasing real people building their own AI and growing their businesses with it. Your compensation will grow with your results, earning more when viewership and performance milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content: Script, shoot, and edit multiple videos weekly for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and develop compelling stories: Transform how professionals use Uare.ai into short narratives featuring real users and their achieved results.
• Showcase the actual product: Utilize the Uare.ai platform directly in videos, avoiding mockups.
• Implement an iterative approach: Test hooks, formats, and video lengths, analyze performance data, and optimize content based on what is effective.
• Achieve defined milestones: Work towards specific goals for views, engagement, and sign-ups.

How You're Paid

• Base salary, provided on a regular schedule.
• Milestone bonuses for videos that meet set view and engagement targets each month.
• Performance rewards tied to driving sign-ups and paid memberships through video content.
• Clearly defined goals, openly tracked, with payments on a fixed schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A portfolio demonstrating short videos with quantifiable results, such as views, follower growth, or engagement metrics.
• Proficient and fast video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Descript.
• An understanding of effective hooks and pacing within the initial three seconds of a video.
• Comfort presenting on camera or skill in directing individuals who are.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and the growth of small businesses.

Bonus

• Experience building your own audience from scratch.
• Skills in motion graphics or caption styling.
• Interest in topics related to business, education, or tech.
