About the Role

This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst role at Le Francolin Financier focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Run descriptive analyses.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy.
• Document data processes.
• Support senior analysts with ad hoc analyses.
• Communicate key findings in clear, structured formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and translate them into simple analytical tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
• Proficiency with common data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Basic understanding of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical concepts to real-world datasets.
• Effective Communication skills for explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and an interest in learning best practices for data structure and design.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to ask clarifying questions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Possess or be working toward a degree or certification in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Interest in financial services.
