About the Role
This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP technical solutions for Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) business processes within a CGI context.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP technical solutions for Finance related business processes.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and support RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, CDS Views, OData Services, APIs, and Workflows.
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting for production issues.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and extensions supporting Finance processes.
- Support data migration and system integration activities.
- Optimize existing custom developments for SAP S/4HANA compatibility and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
- Prepare technical specifications, unit test scripts, and technical documentation.
- Support deployments, transports, release management, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with Basis, Security, Integration, and Functional teams during implementations and AMS support.
