This is a full-time, on-site System Analyst role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and workflows.
• Gather business and technical requirements.
• Design improvements that support medical practice compliance and financial lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs.
• Translate operational needs into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development and IT teams on implementation.
• Analyze data and system performance.
• Identify issues.
• Troubleshoot system and workflow problems.
• Recommend enhancements.
• Support testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth adoption of new or updated solutions.
