About the Role

ZedHealth.ai Pvt Ltd is a healthcare technology company focused on improving clinical outcomes through data-driven insights and innovative digital tools. This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Yadgir.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across outpatient and inpatient settings, following current evidence-based guidelines.
• Take detailed medical histories.
• Perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications.
• Monitor treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in medical records or digital systems.
• Participate in case discussions to improve quality of care.
• Contribute to patient education and health promotion activities.
• Support clinical data collection or quality improvement initiatives in partnership with ZedHealth.ai’s technology and analytics teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Medical documentation
• Use of electronic health records or digital tools
• Basic understanding of how clinical data supports quality improvement

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (BAMS/BHMS/MBBS or equivalent)
• Active medical license/registration to practice
• Completion of internship
• Relevant clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, and management of common medical conditions, with adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
• Ability to order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Ability to coordinate care with specialists when required.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, including empathetic counseling and clear explanation of treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with local clinical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Yadgir.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative environment that integrates healthcare and technology.
• Preferred: experience in primary care, internal medicine, or related specialties.
• Preferred: familiarity with telemedicine or digital health platforms.
• Preferred: knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
