About the Role
The Layered Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to support hiring, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources within the creative events and luxury lifestyle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and internship records.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Help maintain HR files, reports, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online recruitment platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and people management.
