Key Responsibilities
- Run the plant and keep quality on track
- Make CAD drawings and handle paperwork
- Interact with customers and follow up on enquiries
- Guide shop-floor personnel
- Learn company building aspects
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mechanical Engineering background (BE / B.Tech / M.Tech)
- Experience with high-speed press lines (Yadon 220T), servo feeders, and progressive dies
- ISO 9001:2015 certified company environment exposure
Qualifications
- Strong English proficiency
- Any two of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi is an added advantage
