• School: Berufliches Schulzentrum für Wirtschaft und Technik „Julius Weisbach“ in Freiberg
• Start Date: September 2027
• Duration: 3.5 years
• Final Qualification: IHK-Mechatroniker/in

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure complex technical systems function reliably.
• Work on gasturbines, boiler systems, pumps, and motors, from maintenance to repair.
• Maintain electrical components, control cabinets, and equipment.
• Engage with measurement, control, and regulation technology and modern automation technology.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Work with technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and documentation.
• Participate in the commissioning and optimization of technical systems.
• Utilize modern tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic systems.
• Gain insights into district heating supply.
• Contribute to the reliable supply of heat and energy for Freiberg.

Qualifications
