Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Personal, Business and Home Loans
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals and local market connections
- Explain loan products, eligibility and process to customers
- Collect documents and support verification and file processing
- Coordinate with bank and NBFC partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers or 1+ year experience in loan, banking or insurance sales (experienced preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required)
- Willing to do field work; two-wheeler preferred
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
