TeachPad is building AI-powered education technology to help teachers create teaching resources more efficiently. They are also developing OneSkool, an AI-powered School Operating System designed to help private schools improve academic management and performance.

About the Role

A Software Developer / Web Developer is needed to join the team and contribute to building modern, scalable, and user-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications for TeachPad and OneSkool.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and AI-powered features.
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and launch new features.
• Test applications to ensure reliability across devices and browsers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Familiarity with React or Next.js is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Git.
• A GitHub profile, portfolio, or personal project is a plus.
