About the Role
The Layered Studio is looking for a Team Leader Intern who is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for managing people, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth execution. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, guiding team members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily tasks assigned to interns and team members.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain work updates.
- Communicate effectively between the management and the team.
- Assist in planning workflows and improving team productivity.
- Prepare reports and maintain task trackers.
- Identify challenges and help resolve them proactively.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all assigned work.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination whenever required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
