About the Role
Join Intelli Owl as an SAP BASIS Migration Expert in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients simultaneously. This challenging role requires collaboration with customer technical teams and internal SAP teams. Work from Office in LB, Nagar, Hyderabad. You will represent SAP and be responsible for end-to-end migration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Meetings and managing technical customer expectations during brown field Migrations.
- Leading end-to-end Migrations from SAP end as part of the Migration Excellence Center.
- Supporting with technical customer issues.
- Bridging communication between internal delivery Teams and the Customer.
- Supporting and anticipating customer needs, including capacity management and EWA reports.
- Daily follow-up on the Customer Dashboard.
- Leading technical meetings with customers and ensuring follow-up.
- Following up with Service Engineering for new 3rd party add-ons and products.
- Escalating tickets towards Delivery when satisfactory responses are not received.
- Participating in daily SR safeguarding calls for successful service request execution.
- Supporting Partner led migrations.
- Supporting customer escalations and actively participating in war-rooms.
- Acting as the Technical SPoC (Single Point of Contact) for Customers.
- Optimizing Customer Landscapes (e.g., Top Issues, RCA Action Items, Alerts, Landscape Management).
- Serving as a Trusted Advisor for Customers by listening to pain points, suggesting improvements, and prioritizing urgent requests.
