About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and proactive Inside Sales Support Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. You will play a key part in supporting our sales operations, engaging with prospective clients, and driving team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and communication support to the core sales team.
• Engage with clients, leads, and prospective partners over phone/email to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Maintain, update, and manage accurate sales records and client databases.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate schedules or meetings for the sales team.
• Deliver strong command over conversations to maintain high client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline / relevant qualification.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or client management.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil OR Oriya (along with basic working proficiency in English/Hindi).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong commanding presence and persuasion abilities.
• Location & Work Mode: Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work Full-time from the Office.
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given top priority.
