About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Travel Consultant role based in Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and customizing domestic and international trips, including selecting destinations, arranging transportation, and booking accommodations.
- Prepare travel itineraries.
- Manage reservations.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide clear information on pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely confirmations.
- Resolve basic issues related to bookings or changes.
- Support senior team members.
- Maintain client records.
- Contribute to a positive, professional customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in travel consulting and travel management to advise clients and support end-to-end trip planning.
- Skills in travel arrangements and reservations to handle bookings for transportation, accommodation, and packages.
- Strong customer service skills to respond to inquiries, manage client expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain options and policies clearly.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills.
- Comfort working with booking systems or travel platforms.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations, routes, and travel norms is beneficial.
- Prior experience or internship in a travel agency or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- A degree or certification in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
