Role Overview

Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications. Requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, databases, and modern development practices.

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Optimize backend performance and database queries.

Database & Data Management

• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop efficient database schemas and data models.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies.

Cloud & DevSecOps

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability and reliability.

Quality & Security

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Implement automated testing and security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Frontend

• React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI
• State Management (Redux, Context API)

Backend

• Node.js, Express.js
• Python (Django/FastAPI) – Mandatory
• REST APIs, GraphQL
• Java, Spring Boot – Nice to Have

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working in startup or product-based environments is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
