About the Role
SocialAngel is India’s most transparent crowdfunding platform, directly connecting donors with verified causes that need support. The organization combines technology, compliance, and trust to ensure every donation is traceable and used responsibly.
Location: Noida sector 62
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per the market standard
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential partners, including NGOs, hospitals, and corporate collaborators.
- Generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to understand donor trends, sector opportunities, and competitive offerings.
- Support outreach strategies based on market insights.
- Engage with prospective and existing partners.
- Present platform benefits to potential partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Provide responsive support to stakeholders.
- Track performance metrics.
- Prepare reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and strengthen Social Angel’s presence in the impact and CSR ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a business development mindset to grow the network of NGOs, hospitals, and corporate partners.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage pipelines and report performance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in fundraising, CSR, nonprofit partnerships, or impact-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Preferred: Exposure to NGO, Fundraising, or platform-based sales will be an added advantage.
