Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to support influencer collaborations and campaign execution at KSHM. You’ll work closely with the team to identify relevant creators, manage outreach, coordinate campaign deliverables, and track performance while ensuring smooth execution across multiple influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Research & Shortlisting: Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign objectives, target audience, content quality, engagement, and brand fit.
• Outreach & Relationship Management: Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, collaboration communication, and onboarding throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with approximately 100 influencers per month, ensuring timely communication and smooth campaign execution.
• Briefs & Deliverable Management: Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines, and follow up to ensure deliverables meet campaign requirements.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, content links, and deliverable statuses, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Campaign Closure & Payments: Track pending deliverables, ensure campaign closure, and coordinate with the relevant teams for influencer payments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
• Ability to manage multiple creators, follow-ups, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
